You can configure order and delivery statuses in your Online Store.
Configure order statuses
Click Online Store > Settings > Statuses > Order Statuses.
By default, there are several standard statuses available.
Three statuses are required: the initial status and two final statuses (successful and unsuccessful). You can add as many intermediate statuses as you need. Let's add a new intermediate status Awaiting confirmation. To do that, click Add status.
Enter the status name and select color.
Done! Now, this status can be used for all orders.
Configure delivery statuses
Delivery statuses are configured the same way as order statuses.
Click Online Store > Settings > Statuses > Delivery Statuses.
