Starting March 1, Bitrix24 servers no longer support TLS 1.0 and TLS 1.1. These protocols are outdated and not secure.
What this means
Apps built by Bitrix24 partners—such as Marketplace apps and webhooks—may stop working if they run on third-party servers that do not support TLS 1.2 or TLS 1.3.
What to do
If you develop or maintain these apps, check whether your server supports TLS 1.2 or TLS 1.3. You can use tools like GoDaddy or SSL Labs to verify your configuration.
If your server does not support these protocols, update your configuration to enable TLS 1.2 or TLS 1.3
