What does it mean?
At the moment, all chatbots connected via Microsoft Bot Framework (Skype, Slack, Kik, GroupMe, SMS, email, etc.) are disabled.
What to do?
We recommend connecting another communication channel beforehand:
- Bitrix24 Live Chat
- Facebook messages
- Facebook comments
- Instagram Business account
- Instagram Direct
