Delete automation rules in CRM and Online Store

There are situations when business processes for working with clients change and you need to change or delete automation rules that perform unnecessary actions.

Let's consider how to delete automation rules in CRM and Online store. They are located in the following elements:

  • Leads
  • Deals
  • Quotes
  • Orders
Only the administrator and employees who have permissions in CRM can delete automation rules. Read more in the articles Give dministrator rights Access Permissions in CRM

Go to the desired section and click Automation rules.

Click Configure automation rules.

Click cross and delete unnecessary automation rules. Save the changes.

In each deal pipeline, automation rules are deleted separately. You can switch between the pipelines on the automation rules page.
