There are situations when business processes for working with clients change and you need to change or delete automation rules that perform unnecessary actions.
Let's consider how to delete automation rules in CRM and Online store. They are located in the following entities:
- Leads
- Deals
- Estimates
- Orders
Go to the desired section and click the Automation rules button.
Click Create to add an automation rule.
Click cross and delete unnecessary automation rules. Save the changes.
Automation rules are deleted separately in each deal pipeline. You can switch between the pipelines on the automation rules page.
