Installation & Setup
Starting out
Begin by installing the app from Bitrix24 Market.
Import your LexOffice records to CRM free of contacts and companies. If there is an
intersection between the two systems, it will result in duplicates in Bitrix24.
You're free to leave the synchronization page or close the tab. It's a background process.
Absence schedule
This an overview of absences and pending requests.
- Blue bar for approved absences
- Green bar for pending requiests
- Type of absence - select from available absence types
- Departments - select one department at a time
- Employees - select one or multiple employees
- Status - choose between pending and approved, or select both
- Range - specify a custom reporting period
The app works with the days off set in your Work Schedules not Account Settings
