If you have some tasks that are related but assigned to different employees, it's handy to keep them all together. In Bitrix24, you can link these tasks to a project and keep track of them all in one place.
Start by creating a new project. When adding a new task, expand the More section and click Create project.
Workgroups and projects
A panel will slide out on the right. Select your project type and click Next.
Open the Extended parameters section and make sure to enable the Tasks option.
Any project has its dates. It's important to set them correctly, because if the deadline of the linked task is outside the project dates, you'll get an error message.
A new project will appear in the Project tab of the Tasks and Projects section. Here, you can view the counters for tasks in each project, project dates, task efficiency rate, etc.
You can also select an existing project when creating a task.
