Single sign-on (SSO) helps to manage employee access to Bitrix24. The administrator can control all accounts, and employees do not have to remember passwords for logging in.
Follow the three steps to disconnect SSO:
Check the data on the page. Make sure the admin and the employees have access to this page and the mail and phone numbers are listed.
Write to Bitrix24 Support. Ask a specialist to disable the single sign-on option. You can contact support from the help slider. Click the question icon in the upper right corner, scroll down the page and click the Ask a question button.

Log in to the account. Support specialist will disconnect your Bitrix24 from Microsoft Azure Active Directory. Employees will receive a password recovery link to the email specified in their Bitrix24 Network profile.
