Supervising option: How to track subordinates' tasks

In Bitrix24, the head of the department can monitor how employees manage to complete tasks.

Go to the Tasks and projects section and click the Supervising tab.

The Supervising section is available only to users who are assigned as supervisors in the Bitrix24 company structure.

The page contains a list of subordinates and the number of tasks they work with.

All tasks are divided by the roles of employees in them:

  • Responsible — the user is specified in the task as a responsible person.

  • Set — the user is specified in the task as a created by person.

  • Assisting — the user is specified in the task as a participant.

  • Following — the user is specified in the task as an observer.

Use the filter to find an employee. Sort the list by efficiency and departments if you manage several departments.

By default, supervisors can view their subordinates' tasks and edit those where subordinates are the creators.
