Delete Bitrix24 account

Bitrix24 account cannot be deleted. It becomes inactive if you have not logged in for more than 50 days.

For free plan users: Bitrix24 will be deleted after 50 days if no one user logs in.

For commercial plan users: wait for the end of the paid period. After that, your Bitrix24 account will automatically switch to a free plan and will be deleted after 50 days if no one user logs in during that time.

You can check the plan balance in the My plan widget.

Go to the Bitrix24 Network profile page to remove personal data.


Delete Bitrix24 Network profile

Bitrix24 Network profile contains your personal data from all Bitrix24 accounts that you created or were invited to. To delete your data, you should be dismissed from all Bitrix24 accounts.

Go to the Bitrix24 Network profile page and click Delete profile.
