Sales Intelligence settings

Go to CRM > Analytics > Sales Intelligence > Settings. Here, you can set up the attribution window and referring domains.


Attribution window

For example, a client sees your ad on Facebook, visits your website, and fills out a CRM form. This creates a new lead in CRM, showing the client's path.

Ten days later, the client returns to your website, maybe through Google. The lead traffic source is marked as "Other traffic" because it doesn't match any connected sources.

But you know the client saw the Facebook ad and want to show this in CRM. To do this, set up the Attribution window.

By default, the attribution window is 28 days. This means if the client acts within 28 days of the first visit, the lead or deal will show the initial traffic source.

The attribution window works for both leads and deals.

Referring domains

Bitrix24 automatically recognizes popular social networks as traffic sources even without using utm_source tags. You can disable this feature in the Referring domains section of the Sales Intelligence settings.
