Features of invoices in CRM

New invoices are based on Smart Process Automation, offering more customization and automation options.

Invoice form

The new invoice form is similar to the deal form or other CRM entity forms. It includes:

  • A timeline
  • Automation rules and Business processes tabs
  • Receive payment option

Find and manage invoices in a separate tab in your mobile CRM.

To create an invoice,

  1. Go to CRM and open the Invoices tab.

  2. Tap + in the bottom right corner and select Invoice.

  3. Complete the form and specify the invoice recipient.


Automation

The invoice form includes automation rules, triggers, and business processes. You can automate tasks like moving invoices between stages and generating and sending documents to customers.

Open the Products tab in the invoice form. Add a new product or select one from the catalog.

Open the Products tab in the top menu of the invoice form. Then tap + in the bottom right corner. Select or create a product to add to the invoice.


Documents

New invoices support document generation. All templates from other entities will work, but you need to bind them to the invoices.

To bind a document to an invoice,

  1. Go to the document template settings.

  2. Select Invoice in the Bind to CRM sections field.

  3. Save your changes. The document templates will appear in the invoices.

Payment systems

All payment systems connected in the Sales Center work with invoices. Payments can be accepted just like in deals.

Reports

The option of creating reports based on new invoices has not been implemented yet.
