Features of invoices in CRM

New invoices are built on Smart Process Automation. They give you more flexibility and automation options. This article explains the updated invoice features.

Invoice form

The new invoice form works like other CRM item forms, such as deals. It includes:

  • A timeline
  • Automation rules and Workflows tabs
  • A Receive payment option

Find and manage invoices in a separate tab in your mobile CRM.

To create an invoice:

  1. Open CRM.
  2. Go to the Invoices tab.
  3. Tap Plus (+) in the bottom right corner.
  4. Select Invoice.
  5. Fill out the form and specify the recipient.

Automation

The invoice form includes automation rules, triggers, and business processes. You can automate tasks like moving invoices between stages and generating and sending documents to customers.

Open the Products tab in the invoice form. Add a new product or select one from the catalog.

  1. Open the Products tab at the top of the form.
  2. Tap Plus (+).
  3. Select or create a product.

Documents

New invoices support document generation. All templates from other entities will work, but you need to bind them to the invoices.

Payment systems

All payment systems connected in the Sales Center work with invoices. Payments can be accepted just like in deals.
