Create and send an invoice to a customer

The invoice is the final stage of work with the client, when all the meetings are held and the terms are agreed upon.

In Bitrix24, it is one of the CRM elements. As a rule, it is created on the basis of a deal or a quote. An invoice can be sent to the client as a document.

All features of CRM elements are available in the invoices: custom fields, kanban, history, timeline, automation rules and so on.

How to create an invoice

Open the deal on the basis of which you want to create an invoice. In the upper right corner, select an Invoice.

In the invoice form, you will see the deal number, on the basis of which the invoice was created, as well as the client's contact information.

How to send an invoice to a customer

To create a document you want to send to a customer, click Document and select the template.

The document is immediately available in docx format. It takes a few seconds to form a pdf file.

After the document formation, you can:

  • Download it in docx or pdf format;
  • Send it via e-mail or SMS.
