All materials of workgroups and projects are stored in Bitrix24 even after disabling them:
- tasks - in the Tasks section,
- files - in the workgroup folder on the Bitrix24 drive,
- messages addressed to participants - in the Bitrix24 feed.
If your plan no longer supports workgroups and projects or you have switched to this plan from a higher one, you:
- will not be able to work in created workgroups and projects,
- will be able to find all the materials that have been linked to them at any time. Bitrix24 Cloud plans: Update from August 1, 2024
How to find tasks
- Go to the Tasks and Projects - Tasks.
- CLick on the search bar.
- Specify the task name in the Project(group) name.
- Click Find.
Tasks that are linked to the specified project or group will appear in the list. You can open the tasks and continue working with them.
How to find messages
- Go to the Feed.
- Click on the search bar.
- Specify the group/project name in the To field.
- Click Search.
The feed will display all messages addressed to the members of the group/project.
How to find files
If you connected a project/group folder to the Bitrix24 drive, all files were saved there.
To continue working with groups and projects, you can upgrade to the Standard plan and higher. You can activate trial mode for 15 days and test the features of the Professional plan. You can activate it for free and only once.
