"A user with this email already exists" error during login changing
Reason: This error occurs if you're trying to connect an email that's already registered in Bitrix24.
Solution: Use a different email or unlink the desired email by following these steps:
- Go to your Bitrix24 Network profile.
- Log in using the email you want to unlink.
- Click Change next to the Email field.
- Enter a new email address and confirm it.
- Now, you can connect it to another profile.
"Incorrect check word" error during password changing
If you encounter this error when changing your password, it might be due to:

Sending multiple password recovery requests and following an outdated link.
Solution: Use the link from the latest email to set a new password. -
The recovery link expiration. Note that it is valid only for 60 minutes.

"A user with email address already exists" error when inviting a new user
Reason: This error means there's already a user with this email as a Bitrix24 Network profile login or as a contact email in their profile. You can't invite a new user with this email.
