The invoice is the final stage of work with the client, when all the meetings are held and the terms are agreed upon.
In Bitrix24, it is one of the CRM entities. As a rule, it is created on the basis of a deal or an estimate. An invoice can be sent to the client as a document.
How to create an invoice
Open the deal on the basis of which you want to create an invoice. Select an Invoice in the upper right corner.
All the contact information will be transferred to the invoice form.
Send an invoice to a customer
To create a document you want to send to a customer, click Document and select the template.
The document is immediately available in docx format. It takes a few seconds to form a pdf file.
After the document formation, you can:
- Download it in docx or pdf format;
- Send it via e-mail or SMS.
