In Google Looker Studio, you can add reference lines to reports and track changes in important metrics. Reference lines help you evaluate the performance of specific indicators.
You can also schedule reports and send them by email. This helps your team review data faster and make decisions on time.
Add a reference line
- Open your report in edit mode and select the chart you want to update.
- In the Style tab, click Add a reference line.
- Configure the reference line settings.
After you add reference lines, you can quickly track changes in chart values.
Send reports by email
- Open the Share menu and select Schedule email delivery.
- Add recipients and configure the delivery settings.
- Click Schedule.
After that, you and your colleagues will receive reports by email automatically.
