Filter a deal report in Google Looker Studio

In Google Looker Studio, deal data is filtered by the creation date by default. You can create a custom filter and use a different date field in your report.

To filter deals by date, you can also use server-side filtering. For more information, see the article Filter deals by date in Google Looker Studio.

How it works

1. In the report, select a date range with a wider period, for example, one year.

2. In the Data panel, click Add Filter.

3. Click Create Filter.
4. Enter a filter name.
5. Add the required filter conditions.

After you save the filter, the report data updates based on the selected conditions.

Apply a filter to all report pages

You can also use the same filter across the entire report.

  1. Open File > Report settings.
  2. Click Add Filter.
  3. Select the filter you created earlier.
