List view in CRM

In Bitrix24 CRM, all elements can be represented as a list. You can customize these lists in a few clicks.


Configure the list view

You can adjust columns width, order, number of columns, etc.

Click the cogwheel button on the left to select fields that you want to be displayed in the list. Also, you can rename these fields by clicking the pencil button.

Sort the data by clicking the arrow next to the column name (up arrow - ascending, down arrow - descending). If you need to adjust the width of the column, just pull its edge. If you want to change the column's position, just drag it.


Filters and search

You can use the search option to find the needed CRM element quick. All you need to do is to start typing the name of the element you are looking for and Bitrix24 will show you search results.

But sometimes the search option doesn't solve the problem. For example, you want to find all companies with more than 500 employees that you created this month. Just use the filter, set the necessary conditions and click Search.
