By default, a customer name format is set as "First name Last name". It doesn't matter if the second name and salutation fields are completed.
You can change the contact name format in the CRM form.
Go to the Settings in the CRM section - CRM settings - Other - Other Settings.
Open the Format tab and select the Customer name format (for leads and contacts) you need.
Click Apply to save the settings. The client name format will be changed.
