In Sales Intelligence, you can assign phone numbers to various traffic sources. Ensure the phone number supports call tracking, as not all providers and numbers do.
Call Tracking
Go to CRM > Analytics > Sales Intelligence > Call tracking.
Click Add number and enter the phone number.
Then click on the added number to go to the number check page. Check the number manually or wait for incoming client calls for automatic verification.
To check the number manually,
- Enter the phone number you will call from.
- Click the Start check button.
- Call the number you want to check and wait for a few rings before hanging up.
If the number supports call tracking, you'll see a confirmation message, and the number will be marked with a green dot.
