Limit on workflows initialization in CRM

Bitrix24 limits workflow initialization in CRM. You can run no more than two workflows per entityIn Bitrix24, a CRM entity can be a lead, deal, contact, company, invoice, estimate, or SPA item. simultaneously. For example, if two workflows are already running in the Equipment purchase deal, a third can start only after one of the current workflows completes.

The limit ensures stable operation of your Bitrix24 and applies to all cloud plans.

The limit on workflow initialization in CRM does not affect the Bitrix24 On-premise version.

To ensure smooth operation, consider the number of workflows running in the same CRM entity. Set priorities and prepare templates in advance to manage workflows efficiently and avoid delays.
