An email campaign is sent to a group of recipients. You can use it to promote products and services, collect feedback, or share updates.
You can only send email campaigns to customers who have agreed to receive them. To stay compliant with legal requirements, set up consent collection before sending newsletters.
Enable newsletter consent
- Go to Marketing > More > Settings.
- Open the More tab.
- Enable Consent to receive newsletters.
Select a consent
- Go to Marketing > Start tab > Email Campaign.
- Choose a campaign template.
Create email campaigns - Open the More section and enable the Require newsletter consent option.
- Select a consent template from the list.
- Click Edit settings and configure the following:
- Enter a name.
- Enter the consent text. To display it in HTML format, enable the Allow HTML in agreement text option.
- Click Preview to review the consent.
- Add your company details manually or import them from CRM.
- Save the changes.

- Click + Create new Consent.
- Enter a name and the consent text.
- Click View to check the consent.
- Add your company details manually or import them from CRM.
- Save the consent.
Send consent requests
The system automatically sends a consent request with your newsletter. New customers first receive an email with the consent form. After they agree, they receive the newsletter.
View collected consents
In the campaign template. Click Obtained consents to see customers who agreed to receive newsletters.
In the Marketing section. Go to Marketing > Recipients. To download the list, click Settings (⚙️) and select Export data.
In brief
