It allows you to effortlessly create tasks, schedule events, and share files with both guests and employees. How employees work with files in a collab
Find collab files in two ways:
In the collab.
1. Go to the Messenger section.
2. Click Collabs.
3-4. Select the desired collab and click on Files.
Files added to the collab chat, events, and tasks automatically move to the collab's Uploaded Files folder, shared among all members. Documents added to a collab task appear on the Drive and remain accessible to everyone.

Work with Bitrix24 Drive documents
On the Drive. Navigate to Drive > My Drive and locate the folder named after the collab. Work with collab files like regular Drive documents: add, share, edit, download, and delete them.
Create a new file
Upload a file or create a new document on the collab Drive by clicking Add. Choose the file type: document, spreadsheet, or presentation. Create separate folders for easy storage and search.
Manage files
Click Menu (≡) next to the desired file and select an action, such as sharing or moving it to another folder.
Set access permissions
Define who can view, edit, and delete files on the collab Drive. Click Settings (⚙️) > Access settings. Configure access for the collab owner, moderator, and all members.
