Why a recurring task shows an incorrect deadline
In recurring tasks, the deadline is calculated from the task creation date. If the template has the "Skip weekends and holidays" option enabled, the deadline will consider the working hours set in Bitrix24.
Why tasks linked to CRM are deleted
Reason. If a CRM item, such as a deal, is deleted, tasks linked to it are moved to the recycle bin.
Solution.
1. Go to the CRM section - More - Settings - CRM Settings.
2. Select the Other tab - Other Settings.
3. Open the Activities tab and enable the "Keep tasks when deleting CRM entities" option.
Why a task detaches from a project after editing
Problem. After editing, a task detaches from a project, a workgroup, or a flow.
Reason. If a user without editing rights modifies a task in a specific workgroup, the task may lose its connection to the project, a workgroup, or a flow. This happens if the task is created from a template or in a flow, and the user is not a member of that workgroup.
Solution. Ensure the user has joined the necessary workgroup or has editing rights for tasks in that workgroup.
