Transfer knowledge bases

Transfer your knowledge bases from one Bitrix24 account to another.

Knowledge base export is available on the commercial plans only.

Export your knowledge base

  1. Go to the Employees section > Knowledge base tab.
  2. Select the knowledge base you want to transfer, click Actions > Export.
  3. Click the Export button to create an archive file.
  4. Click Download to save the zip file on your computer.
Note that only the knowledge base itself, its structure, and its design are exported. It does not include any files, documents, or videos from your Drive if you've added them as internal links.

Import your knowledge base

Log in to another Bitrix24 account and follow these steps:

  1. Go to Employees section > Knowledge base tab.
  2. Open the Settings > Import knowledge base.
  3. Then click Upload and select the downloaded file.
  4. Wait until the loading is complete and use the transferred knowledge base.
