My Activities is a section that allows you to save a set of activities or structures and use them again.
It is also valuable for copying activities inside the workflow template. Just drag and drop the needed activities onto it and use them over and over again by dragging back to the working area of the workflow designer.
The activities added to this block are saved together with the template and can be used again for subsequent editing.
