My Activities lets you save a set of activities or workflow structures and reuse them later. This helps you build workflow templates faster and keep configurations consistent.
You can also use My Activities to copy activities within a workflow template. Drag the required activities into the block, then drag them back to the workflow designer whenever you need them.
Activities added to this block are saved with the template and remain available when you edit the workflow again.
