Main outgoing number can't be used for outgoing calls.
This applies to:
- Test and regular calls
- Calls from CRM
- Calls in mobile app
Configure default number for outgoing callsThe administrator needs to open Telephony > Telephony Settings.
You can choose one of these options:
- Use your own mobile or office number for outgoing calls.
- Rent a number for incoming calls and make it a default number for outgoing calls.
- Connect your PBX using SIP connector.
- Connect your PBX using Rest API (you can use one of the free apps from the Marketplace).
If you use Bitrix24 SIP PBX, administrator should check if outgoing calls settings are correct for SIP connector itself (Telephony > Connection > Connect your PBX > Connect your PBX using SIP connector > Your connection name > Connection settings). Contact your SIP PBX provider to get the needed information.
