Main outgoing number is not applicable for outgoing calls

Main outgoing number can't be used for outgoing calls.

This applies to:

  • Test and regular calls
  • Callbacks
  • Calls from CRM
  • Calls in mobile app

Configure default number for outgoing calls

The administrator needs to open Telephony > Telephony Settings. Make sure the main outgoing number is not set as a default number for outgoing calls.

You can choose one of these options:

If you use Bitrix24 SIP PBX, administrator should check if outgoing calls settings are correct for SIP connector itself (Telephony > Connection > Connect your PBX > Connect your PBX using SIP connector > Your connection name > Connection settings). Contact your SIP PBX provider to get the needed information.
