Actions: Element Processing

Add list item

The action creates a new item of the specified list.

Entity type - select a list a new item will be added to. After selection a list, you'll need to complete necessary fields.

Modify list item

The action edits the selected item of the selected list.

Item ID - indicates the list item you need to modify.

Entity type - select a list where the item is situated. After selection a list, you'll need to complete necessary fields.

Get list item information

The action gets the element fields from the list item and sends the information to other automation rules. Upon execution of the action, you can get the selected fields' values from the Additional results section of the Insert Value form.

Item ID - indicates the list item you need to read.

Entity type - select a list where the item is situated.

Select fields - choose the fields you need to read.

Lock element

This action permits you to lock an element against the actions of other workflows.

The element is locked for actions of other workflows and not users. Another user with the permission to edit, will be able to edit the element.

Do not forget to unlock the element after completing all the necessary operations using the corresponding action.

A possibility of locking depends on the element type.

Unlock element

This action unlocks the element for other workflows and stops the Lock element action.

Edit element

The action changes the element fields.

Select an element field that you want to modify and enter the new value. To modify several fields, click Add Condition.

Click Add Field to add a new field to the element.

Currently, it is not possible to set a currency for a variable in business processes in CRM. You can set a new currency only for the explicitly given value.

New element

The action creates a new element.

Action parameters may vary depending on the element type.

Publish element (Bitrix24 On-Premise)

This action publishes the element and changes its status to "published".

Revoke element (Bitrix24 On-Premise)

The action unpublishes the element. It is the opposite to Publish element action.

Run workflow

This action allows running another workflow template.

Element ID - indicates the element that the workflow will be applied to.

Please take into account if the workflow is applied to CRM elements, the syntaxis will be different:
  • workflow for CRM Companies: COMPANY_{=Document: ID} - will run workflow for the company, LEAD_{=Document: LEAD_ID} - will run workflow for the connected lead. 
  • workflow for CRM Contacts: CONTACT_{=Document: ID} - will run workflow for the contact, LEAD_{=Document: LEAD_ID} - will run workflow for the connected lead. 
  • workflow for CRM Deals: DEAL_{=Document: ID} -  will run workflow for the contact, LEAD_{=Document: LEAD_ID} - will run workflow for the connected lead, CONTACT_{=Document: CONTACT_ID} - will run workflow for the connected contact, COMPANY_{=Document: COMPANY_ID} - will run workflow for the connected company.
  • workflow for CRM Leads:  LEAD_{=Document: ID} - will run workflow for the connected lead.

Entity - select the entity that will launch the workflow.

Element type - select the element type.

Template - workflow template.

Wait for workflow to finish - the workflow waits for the completion of the started action to proceed with the further ones.

Delete element

The action deletes the element that has started the workflow.
