Connect Zoiper softphone to Bitrix24

Softphones are used for performing voice and video calls via the Internet. Softphones can be used instead of regular VoIP phones and help to save money as you don't need to purchase additional devices. All you need is an Internet connection, a mobile phone or a computer.

Here is an example of the Zoiper softphone configuration.

Important! When you connect VoIP softphones to Bitrix24 Telephony, only voice calls are available. Video calls and messages are not supported.

Bitrix24 Telephony configuration

Go to CRM > Add-ons > Telephony. Click Connection > Configure telephony > Telephony users.

Select a user and click the hamburger button next to his/her name > Configure. To connect a softphone, you'll need the information about Server, Login and Password.

By default, only Bitrix24 administrators can configure the Bitrix24 Telephony.

Zoiper app configuration

You can download the Zoiper app for Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, iOS from the Zoiper official website.

Apple iOS
Launch the Zoiper app > go to the Settings section > Accounts > tap the + button > select Yes (you already have an account).

Next, select Manual configuration > select SIP account as an account type.

Provide the information about a user (server, login, password) that you've got in your Bitrix24 and tap Register.

It doesn't matter what you'll specify in the Account name field, it's just the name of the connection in the Zoiper app.

If everything is ok, there will be the OK sign next to the Registration status. Also, there will be a green checkmark next to the account name in the list of accounts.

Done! The Zoiper app is successfully connected to your Bitrix24.

Android
Launch the Zoiper app > enter the user's login and password that you've got in your Bitrix24 > tap Create an account.

Enter the hostname (server). You can get this information in your Bitrix24. Tap Next.

You can specify the proxy server (optional) or tap Skip to skip this step. Next, select SIP TCP and tap Finish.

Done! The Zoiper app is successfully connected to your Bitrix24.

Windows, macOS, Linux
After launching the Zoiper Desktop app, provide the information about a user (login, password) that you've got in your Bitrix24 > click Login.

Enter the hostname (server). You can get this information in your Bitrix24. Click Next.

You can specify the proxy server (optional) or click Skip to skip this step.

Select SIP TCP and click Next.

Next, you need to configure your speakers, microphone, and camera.

Done! The Zoiper app is successfully connected to your Bitrix24.
