CRM forms have three similar characteristics: the form header, the form name and the page name. Let's see the difference between them.
CRM form header
This is the text at the top of the form.
You can change the header or disable it only in the Expert mode.
Go to the Headers and buttons section and specify the desired title.
CRM form name
The form name is visible only to the employees. It is needed to distinguish the forms from each other.
The form name is displayed on each CRM form page.
You can change the form name in any scenario, not only in the Expert mode. Go to the Other Settings tab and specify the desired form name.
The page name is displayed in the browser when the customer opens the form on a separate page.
To change the page name, click Settings and select Page Settings.
Click on the pencil and specify the desired page name.
