Difference between the form header, the form name and the page name

CRM forms have three similar characteristics: the form header, the form name and the page name. Let's see the difference between them.

CRM form header

This is the text at the top of the form. It reflects what the form is used for.

Open the Headers and buttons tab and specify the desired title.

CRM form name

The form name is visible only to the employees. It is needed to distinguish different forms.

You can specify the form name in the Other Settings tab.

Page name

The page name is displayed in the browser when the customer opens the form on a separate page.

To change the page name, click the Form features button and select Settings.

Click on the pencil and specify the desired page name.
