The Modify inventory object view form access permission will allow an employee to edit, add and delete any fields in the form, as well as apply changes to all employees. You can give this access permission to the employee who is responsible for Inventory management in the company to define the order of working with documents and add the necessary fields.
How it works
Enable the Modify inventory object view form (add or delete fields) access permission.
The user can now customize fields while editing or creating a document.
Also, the employee will be able to set the form as standard profile view for all users.
