BI analytics settings

BI analytics settings let you add reports to Bitrix24, manage access permissions, configure keys, and monitor BI Connector usage.

To open BI analytics settings:

  • Go to CRM > Analytics > Real-time analytics > BI analytics.

Manage reports

This section shows all reports added to your Bitrix24. You can also add new reports and manage access permissions here.

To add a report:

  1. Enter the report name.
  2. Paste the report link.
  3. Select the users who can view the report.
  4. Click Save.

The report will appear in the list.


Manage keys

In this section, you can view application keys and manage access to them. Keys let you export Bitrix24 data to external analytics systems and send requests to the BI Connector.

Usage

This section shows detailed BI Connector usage statistics. The table includes information about data sources, uploaded rows, data size, and more.

You can also check which requests exceeded the limit:

  • Click Show only oversized requests in the top-right corner.
