Limit upload file size in CRM form

In Bitrix24, you can create a CRM form with a special field for file uploads. For example, if you have a private bakery, you can place a CRM form on your website for clients to upload their desired cake designs. Once they submit the form, the data is saved to CRM.

Files uploaded by clients are stored in Bitrix24 Drive. The total online storage available depends on your plan.

To prevent your Drive from filling up, you can limit the file upload size in CRM forms. Here's how:

  1. Open the CRM form settings.

  2. Click the pencil icon next to your File type field.

  3. The default maximum upload size is 1,000 MB. You can adjust or remove this limit.

If you use the same File type field in different CRM forms, set the size limit for each form individually.

You can also change the daily limit for the total size of files submitted from all CRM forms. If the limit is exceeded, file uploads will be blocked.

When the limit is nearly reached, a warning message will appear. You can adjust the daily limit at any time.
