In Bitrix24, you can create a CRM form and add there a special field designed to upload files.
For example, you have a private bakery and confectionery. You place a CRM form on your website to let clients upload the desired cake designs for the order. Once they submit the CRM form, the data is saved to CRM.
Bitrix24.Drive is the storage location for all files attached by clients to the CRM form. The amount of online storage for the entire account depends on your plan. Learn more about it on the pricing page.
You can limit the upload file size in CRM forms to avoid overfilling your Bitrix24.Drive. Follow these steps:

Open the CRM form settings.

Click the pencil icon to edit your File type field.

Specify the required value in MB under Maximum file size.
The default max upload file size is 1000 MB. You can change this limitation or remove it at all.
If you use the same File type field in various CRM forms, it is necessary to set the maximum file size limit for each form individually.
Also, you can change the daily limit on the total size of files submitted from all CRM forms within a day. Uploading files will not be allowed if the limit is exceeded.
When the limit is about to be reached, you will see a warning message about it.
Note that you can change the daily limit value at any time.
