Bitrix24 is a collaborative workspace for your team. It’s not just a set of tools but a unified interface with seamlessly integrated features like chats, calendars, tasks, CRM, and more. The intuitive navigation helps you quickly find the necessary sections, while smart counters ensure you stay updated on new events.

Start page
When you log in to Bitrix24, the start page opens first. What you see depends on the primary tool selected for your company. For example, if it’s CRM, you’ll land in the Deals section, and if it’s Collaboration, you’ll see the Messenger.
Each employee can choose their primary tool, which will open first, while the menu will only display the necessary sections.
Main menu
The left menu contains the main tools and sections of Bitrix24: Messenger, Feed, Drive, Tasks, CRM, Webmail, and more. You can customize the menu to suit your needs: hide unnecessary items, change their order, or add a link to any Bitrix24 tool or site.

Main features of Bitrix24
Messenger. Chats with colleagues, group discussions, video calls, and channels. You can quickly discuss work matters, share files, create tasks, and schedule meetings directly from the chat.

Feed. It is your company social network. Share news, express gratitude, create polls, or launch workflows like access requests, vacation approvals, business trips, and more.

Tasks and Projects. View tasks, assign them to colleagues, and track progress.

CRM. It is a tool for managing customer relationships. It stores contacts, deals, communication history, and purchase records. It helps you stay connected with customers and boost sales.

Current section. You can quickly switch to the desired tab. Customize the menu to hide unnecessary items or change their order.

Subscription section
Helpdesk. It is a section with a knowledge base about Bitrix24. It contains answers to many questions about tools and settings.

How to use the Bitrix24 Knowledge Base
Employee widget. It is a menu for managing your account. Quickly access important data and settings: start your workday, change your password, check remaining vacation days, send electronic HR documents, and more.
To open the widget, click your photo in the top right corner.

Sidebar
The sidebar provides quick access to notifications and chats.
- Click any icon to open it.
- To collapse, click the cross in the top left corner of the slider.
Notifications. It is a list of new events like comments, meetings, task updates, and more.

CoPilot. This is an AI assistant to help with daily tasks: writing campaign texts, suggesting video ideas, creating slogans, and more. The CoPilot chat is available in the general chat list and on a separate tab.

Chat bar. A list of your chats. Scroll to the end to see all conversations. Pinned chats are always at the top and highlighted in gray. Click the icon of the desired chat to expand the slider and open the conversation.

Notification counters
Counters are numbers on a red or green background. They indicate what requires your attention, such as new messages, tasks, or comments.
How to work with notifications:
- Click the bell in the sidebar to view the list of new events.
- Click a counter in the main menu or toolbar to open the section with the new event.
- Click a counter in the workspace to open a specific item: a chat, a task, or a deal.
