If you want to use a new module in your Bitrix24 On-Premise, you need to install it manually.
How to install new modules
You need to update your Bitrix24 before installing new modules. You can find this option in Marketplace > Platform Update section.
Let's take Sites module as an example.
Click Settings > Modules.
Find Landings in the list of modules and click Install.
Sites module will appear in the left menu in your Bitrix24 and will be ready for use!
