Inventory Management in Bitrix24 helps you track products across warehouses. You can record stock receipts, sales orders, transfers, and write-offs in one place.

Every inventory operation is saved in the system. Your team can update inventory online, and you can monitor stock movement and warehouse activity in real time.

Enable Inventory Management

1. Open the CRM section.
2. Click Inventory.
3. Select Inventory management.

A panel will open on the right side of the page. Choose a costing method and click Enable Inventory Management at the bottom to proceed.

Start working with Inventory Management

If you are new to Bitrix24 or do not have products in the catalog yet, add products manually or create stock adjustments.

If you already use products in Bitrix24, reset the current stock balances before you enable Inventory Management.
