We updated the conditions for enabling Bitrix24 Inventory Management. These changes affect CRM modes and help ensure stable performance.
For current users
If you use the Deals+Orders mode and want to enable Inventory Management, you first need to switch the CRM mode to Deals.
To change the mode:
- Open CRM.
- Go to Settings > CRM mode.
- Select Deals.
The Deals+Orders mode is no longer supported in Bitrix24. After you switch to Deals, you cannot switch back.
If you already use Inventory Management with the Deals+Orders mode enabled, Inventory Management will continue to work. However:
- You will not be able to use the new booking modes.
- You will only have access to the old settings.
If you already use the Stock control option, it will continue to work without changes. However, if you disable this option, you cannot enable it again.
