How to enable Inventory Management

We have changed the conditions for enabling Bitrix24 Inventory Management for new and current users. The changes apply to the CRM modes and are required for stable work.

For new users

  • You can enable Inventory Management only in the Simple CRM mode. In the Classic CRM mode (deals+leads) it is not possible yet.
  • Read more in the article CRM modes.

    For current users

  • If you are working in the Deals+Orders mode and want to enable Inventory Management, you will first need to change the mode to Deals in the CRM Settings.
  • You cannot go back to Deals+Orders mode, as it is no longer supported in Bitrix24.
  • If you are using Classic CRM mode (deals+leads) and want to enable Inventory Management, you need to change the mode to Simple CRM.
  • Go to the CRM section - Settings - СRM mode.

    If you are already working with Inventory Management and you have Deals+Orders mode enabled, the Inventory Management will continue to work.

    But you will not be able to use the new booking modes and you will only have access to the old settings.

    Also, if you are already using quantitative accounting, it will continue to work without change.

    But if you disable this option, you can not re-enable it and you will be prompted to use Inventory Management.
