Migration apps help you move data from other inventory management systems to Bitrix24.
Zoho Inventory
You can migrate the following data:
- Product name
- Product status
- Composite product status
- Inventory tracking status
- VAT included in price status
- Product description
- Currency
- Purchase price
- Units of measure
- Creation date
- Last modified date
- Product dimensions: length, height, and width
- Quantity
- Reserved quantity
Limitations:
- Units of measure from Zoho Inventory are not migrated automatically.
- The account currency must match the store currency.
- Only products with Sales Information completed are migrated.
- Products from all warehouses connected to the store are migrated to one warehouse in your account.
- If a product has multiple images, only the main image is imported.
- Only products with stock greater than zero are added to the inventory adjustment.
- The VAT included in price status is migrated. Other tax and rate details are not migrated.
QuickBooks Inventory
You can migrate the following data:
- Products: items with the Inventory type
- Services: items with the Service type
- Categories: items with the Category type
- Products with stock greater than zero, which are added to the inventory adjustment
The following data is not migrated:
- Products not for sale: items with the NonInventory type
- Bundles: items with the Group type
- Product images
