Configure browser extensions to send email campaigns

When sending an email campaign in Marketing section, you may face the issues because of your browser extensions. In such cases, we recommend disabling the extensions that block advertisements.


How to disable browser extensions:

Google Chrome

Open Chrome and click the three dots button (Customize and control Google Chrome) > More Tools > Extensions.

Disable or remove extensions on this page.

Mozilla Firefox

Open Firefox and go to Application menu > Add-ons and themes.

Disable the extensions on this page using a blue toggle.

Vivaldi

Open Vivaldi and go to Tools > Extensions.

Disable or remove extensions on this page.

Microsoft Edge

Open Edge and go to Settings and more > Extensions > Manage extensions.

Disable the extensions on this page using a blue toggle or remove them using the corresponding button.

Safari

Open Safari and go to Safari > Preferences.

In the pop-up window select Extensions tab and untick the extensions to disable them.

Opera

Open Opera and click the Extensions icon in the sidebar.
