This route is unavailable
This error means the phone number is invalid or unavailable. The call log will show the Invalid number error.
This issue may occur for the following reasons:
- Incorrect phone number format
Enter the phone number in full international format, including the country code, city code, and local phone number. Bitrix24 ignores symbols such as+,( ),-or blank spaces between digits. Only the order of digits matters. For countries with numbers that start with 84, 85, 86, 87, 88, or 89, use one of these prefixes:
+,00, or011. Example for Vietnam: +84, 0084, or 01184, and the rest of the number. If the number starts with 0, use either
00or011. The format of the number 0630123456 for an outgoing call will be 000630123456 or 0110630123456. - Missing area code for Voximplant
When you use a rented number with the Voximplant provider, you can only call numbers with supported area codes.
Rates for outbound calls - The destination number is inactive
The number you are calling may be disconnected or unavailable. If a call does not go through, check if the number is active. Make a call to it from a number that is not connected to Bitrix24. If the number you've dialed is not active, you will hear a message that it's incorrect. To verify it:
- Check the phone number format.
- Make sure the area code is supported.
- Try calling the number from a phone that is not connected to Bitrix24.
If the number is inactive, you will hear a message that the number is unavailable or incorrect.
