Smart Process Automation (SPA) lets you create custom CRM entities and automate business workflows. You can also use SPA data in Microsoft Power BI reports. To connect SPA data, you need the SPA unique identifier.
This article explains how to add data from multiple SPAs to a Power BI report.
Where to find the SPA ID
Go to CRM > Smart Process Automation > Smart Process Automation.
Open the list view settings (⚙️) and enable the Type ID field.
The Type ID column shows the ID for each SPA. Copy the IDs you want to use in the report.
How to add SPAs to a report
Go to CRM > Analytics > Real-time analytics > BI analytics.
Open the Microsoft Power BI tab and install the Universal data source for BI analytics app.
Connection fields

Server address and Secret key: Enter your Bitrix24 address and secret key. You can find them in BI analytics > Microsoft Power BI.

Smart process ID: Enter the SPA Type ID.
Click Transform data to open the Query Editor.
Open the crm_dynamic_item dataset and click Duplicate.
Select the copied dataset and open the Advanced Editor.
In the Advanced Editor:

Remove this part of the query:
#"Smart process ID" -
Enter the ID of another SPA in quotation marks.

Click Done.
You can now use data from two SPAs in one report.
To add more SPAs, duplicate the dataset again and enter the ID of the required SPA.
