When you use Bitrix24 e-Signature for HR, you can find signed HR documents in two sections:

Company vault: Stores documents for the entire company. By default, all employees can access this section. Administrators and department supervisors can view all documents. Employees can view only their own documents.

Employee's documents: Stores personal signed documents for each employee. Users can view only their own documents. Administrators and department supervisors also have access to these documents.
Administrators and department supervisors can configure access permissions for both sections.
Company vault
Go to e-Signature for HR and open the Company vault tab.
Find documents. To quickly find the document you need, use the filter. There are several fields in the filter:
- Signed on: the date of signing the document.
- Member: the employee who signed the document.
- Representative: the employee who signed the document on behalf of the company.
- Company: the legal entity with which the document was signed.
- Document name.
- Created by: the employee who started the signing process.
View documents. Click a document name to open it. In the timeline, you can check the document status and signing history.
Download documents. To download a document from the list, click Download and save the file to your computer.
If the document is already open, click Download archive in the timeline.
Employee's documents
Go to your profile and open the Signed documents tab.
This section contains all HR documents you have signed. You can open and download any document.

- Signed HR documents are available in the company vault and the employee's documents section.
- The Company vault stores documents for the entire company.
- The Signed documents section in the employee profile stores personal signed documents for each employee.
- Administrators and department supervisors can configure access permissions.
- To avoid losing documents, download them to your computer.
