Voice broadcasting is a campaign type that enables you to automatically reach out to customers through calls. Just provide the text, and Bitrix24 will convert it into a voice message, calling the necessary numbers for you.

Audio calls allow you to connect with customers using a pre-recorded voice message, ensuring your message is delivered clearly and consistently.

Create a campaign

  1. Go to Marketing.
  2. Open the Start tab.
  3. Choose a campaign type, like Voice broadcasting.
  4. Select a campaign template, such as Convert a lead into a client.

To quickly find the campaign later, rename it by clicking the pencil icon and entering a new name. This name is only visible in Bitrix24 and won't be seen by customers.

Add recipients

In Bitrix24, campaign recipients are known as segments. These are groups formed based on common characteristics like age, location, purchased products, and more.
Create customer segments for marketing campaigns

There are two types of segments:

  • Dynamic: This list is automatically generated before the campaign starts.
  • Static: This list is created manually. You can upload an existing list of customer numbers to Bitrix24.

Select a segment. Use pre-installed options or choose from previously created ones. Click Select segment.

Create a segment. If there is no suitable segment in Bitrix24, click Create and set up your recipient list.

Exclude a segment. You can remove certain customers from the main segment. For example, you might call all customers but exclude those already planning a purchase.

Choose a number

Select the service and phone number you want to use for the calls.

Add campaign text

For voice broadcasting, enter your campaign text, and Bitrix24 will convert it to speech.

To personalize the message, add information from CRM fields, like the customer's name:

  1. Click the three dots (...) next to the input field.
  2. Select a CRM item you need.
  3. Select a variable.
  4. The variable will appear in the text, and during the call, it will be replaced with the actual value from the Name field in the CRM item form.

Upload an audio recording

If you're sending an Audio call campaign to customers, upload the recording in MP3 format.

Set call parameters

In the More section, customize the language and voice, adjust speech speed and volume, and set a time limit for when calls will be made.

Language and voice. Choose the language and voice for your campaign text.

Speech speed. Choose how fast Bitrix24 will play your text: very slow, slow, normal, fast, or very fast.

Speech volume. Adjust the volume for the text: very quiet, quiet, normal, loud, or very loud.

Send newsletter only within time specified. Specify the time frame, such as calling customers during non-working hours from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

Send the campaign

Send a test campaign. To check how the text or audio recording sounds, send a test campaign to yourself. Once you're satisfied, you can send it to customers.

After reviewing the campaign, click Save.

Send the campaign to customers. Decide when to start calling customers:

  • Now: Calls will start immediately.
  • Later manually: To call customers at another time, go to Marketing > Campaigns, select the desired campaign, and click Send.
  • Schedule: Set a specific date and time to call customers.
Bitrix24 limits voice broadcasting or audio calls to no more than five at a time, with a 15-minute interval. The campaign starts with the first five calls, pauses for 15 minutes, and then continues with the next five. This cycle repeats until all numbers have been called.
