If you go to Activity list, you’ll see that commercial Bitrix24 users now new activity type – Visit. Here’s how Visit is different from Meeting. Any time you schedule a meeting with your clients or prospects, in your office or theirs, you’d use Meetings. Typically, notes and comments are added to CRM AFTER the meeting to sum it up.
But there are instances when a client visits your office or you visit theirs, and you need to record the entire conversation. This is a typical scenario in many industries, like travel agencies or construction and home improvements, when many options are presented and client has to make the final choice. Sometimes a series of visits is required.
Recording conversations during such meetings gives you two advantages. First, you can enter all relevant data inside your CRM after the conversation is concluded (just like many Bitrix24 users do with automatic phone call recording option available inside our CRM). Second, should any conflicts arise, you can play the recording back and hear who said what during the visit.
You can find visit conversation recordings under CRM record's Activities > Event recording.
Important: this option is not available to Bitrix24 users who are on the free plan. Your computer needs to have a camera (to take visitor photos) and a microphone (to record audio).
