If you use several numbers in Bitrix24, you can set up different outgoing numbers for the employees.

In the Telephony section, click on the Configure telephony block and select Telephony users.

Select an employee and click Configure.

Select a number for outgoing calls from the list. Default number option stands for the phone number that you've set as a Default number for outgoing calls in Telephony Settings section.

Features of outgoing numbers for employees

• Employees can make outgoing calls from the number that is specified in the telephony user settings. This number can coincide with the number selected as the main number for the entire Bitrix24 in the general telephony settings.

• If a telephony user's number for outgoing calls is different from the default number for outgoing calls, then the employee will not be able to make calls from the main number.

• To allow an employee to call from other numbers, you must specify this employee in the Other tab > Specify employees who are allowed to call through this number in the settings of each number.

• If you want to forbid an employee or a group of employees to call from any number, you can do this in the Telephony Access Permissions. To do this, create and apply a suitable role with call rights to this employee or a group of employees.
