Troubleshooting email campaign issues

When creating and sending email campaigns in the Marketing section, you may face the issues because of your browser extensions and ad blockers, like Adblock Plus, Ghostery, and others.

This article will show you how to disable extensions in these browsers:

  • Google Chrome
  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Microsoft Edge
  • Vivaldi
  • Opera
  • Safari

After seeing the error notification, first check the Bitrix24 status page and try sending emails again after 5–10 minutes.

If it doesn't help, do the following:

  1. Disable the ad-blocking browser extensions.
  2. Delete and recreate email templates created with the ad blockers enabled.
  3. Send the campaign with extensions disabled.
You can re-enable extensions after sending emails.

Google Chrome

  1. Click the three dots button (⋮).
  2. Select Extensions.
  3. Click Manage Extensions.
  4. Find the ad-blocking extension and disable it.

Mozilla Firefox

  1. Click the Menu button (≡).
  2. Select Add-ons and themes
  3. Click Extensions.
  4. Find the ad-blocking extension and disable it.

Microsoft Edge

  1. Click the three dots button (...).
  2. Select Extensions.
  3. Click Manage Extensions.
  4. Slide the switch of the ad-blocking extension to the left to disable it.

Vivaldi

  1. Click the small arrow next to V.
  2. Select Tools.
  3. Click Extensions.
  4. Find and disable the ad-blocking extension.

Opera

  1. Click the O button.
  2. Select Extensions.
  3. Click Extensions.
  4. Find and disable the ad-blocking extension.

Safari

  1. Click Safari.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Uncheck the ad-blocking extension to disable it.

If the issue persists after disabling extensions and recreating templates, contact Bitrix24 support team via chat in your account.
