In Bitrix24, each lead, deal, contact, company, estimate, invoice, and CRM form has a responsible person. You can change the responsible person:
- for a single CRM item
- for multiple CRM items using bulk actions
To change the responsible person, make sure you have the required access permissions.
Change the responsible person for multiple CRM items
- Go to the CRM section and open the List view.
- Select the items and choose Change responsible person from the menu.
- Select a new responsible person and click Apply.
If you update many items at once, you cannot undo this action.
