Change responsible person in CRM

In Bitrix24, each lead, deal, contact, company, estimate, invoice, and CRM form has a responsible person. You can change the responsible person:

  • for a single CRM item
  • for multiple CRM items using bulk actions

To change the responsible person, make sure you have the required access permissions.

Change the responsible person for multiple CRM items

  1. Go to the CRM section and open the List view.
  2. Select the items and choose Change responsible person from the menu.
  3. Select a new responsible person and click Apply.

If you update many items at once, you cannot undo this action.

Bulk actions do not apply to CRM forms.
