 An active subscription includes:
  • Premium Helpdesk support services
  • Product updates (including security patches and new modules) 
  • Access to API
  • Access to VoIP services
  • Access to MarketPalce Apps
  • Ability to upgrade or downgrade the current product copy to another edition
Issues that you may run into if you don't have an active subscription:

You can use the product, and all of its modules, except for the above. Also, your HelpDesk inquiries will be processed, but in a slower manner.
