An active subscription includes:
- Premium Helpdesk support services
- Product updates (including security patches and new modules)
- Access to API
- Access to VoIP services
- Access to MarketPalce Apps
- Ability to upgrade or downgrade the current product copy to another edition
You can use the product, and all of its modules, except for the above. Also, your HelpDesk inquiries will be processed, but in a slower manner.
